Ordering Terms and Conditions

Phone Ordering: Wholesale orders can be placed by phone Monday - Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Fax Ordering: Fax orders are accepted 24 hours a day at 614-467-2126

Online Orders: Online orders are accepted 24 hours a day by visiting www.WholesaleDetox.com

Fax and Online orders will be followed up by a confirmation phone call from your account manager.

 

All orders will be shipped via UPS. Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select are available.

Orders placed before 2:30 EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 pm will ship the following business day.

Payment can be made by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), COD Money Order, COD Company Check (approved accounts only), and prepaid Money Order or Company Check.

COD orders are an additional $9.00.

If a COD order is refused, the customer will be charged freight costs for teh returned shipment.

Returned Checks will incur a $30.00 NSF fee.

All customers will be responsible for their own taxes in their local jurisdictions.

If a package is damaged or lost, you must notify us by telephone, fax, or email within 48 hours of receipt or non-receipt of your package.

513 Ventures is not responable for package tardiness due to UPS error, orders being placed after business hours and processed the next business day, incorrect shipping information, problems with credit card authorization or charging, the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, acts of terrorism, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, weather phenomena, and natural disasters.
